Smith + Howard is an accounting and advisory firm committed to providing exceptional service to clients by recruiting exceptional employees. Career fairs are an effective marketing strategy for this industry, so this campaign was focused on creating a recognizable brand with initiatives that attract and inform potential candidates.
PRINT ADVERTISEMENT
This print ad was included in promotional materials in advance of the event. Our intention was to create brand awareness and engage prospects to seek out the Smith + Howard booth at the career fair. This design and messaging was used throughout the campaign to ensure prospects had a clear, consistent association with the brand, especially among the noise of other companies.
BANNERS
During the career fair, vertical banners were displayed to attract and inform prospects about the Smith + Howard brand. These signs were intended not only to stand out from other companies visually, but to provide relevant advantages that would inform prospects’ employment decision.
BROCHURES
Once at the Smith + Howard booth, prospects and recruiters discussed the employment opportunities. Brochures were given to complement the conversation and be referenced later by the prospect when making a final decision.
